Difference Between Cystitis And A Water Infection

From homophobia and transphobia ordinary

To become a public figure attracts its share of assholes. But even without being a "veudette, just being different is difficult to live and looks, ridicule and insults are still prevalent in our society that claims wrongly, be open to difference. In my own family, I am excluded from the celebrations of festivals, birthday parties and a host of other family events because my difference is not accepted by all. I support and I urge you to support also Foundation Jasmin Roy the GREY , Montreal Pride and other organizations, allowing the company to get rid of homophobia and transphobia that lost so much energy and unfortunately that breaks life not lower the inner resources to face the daily contempt.
Here are two examples of this morning, homophobia ordinary. I protect the identity of these suckers because I do not want them to live the ostracism they support others, but because these examples also demonstrate that the aggressiveness anti-gay unfortunately still exists.

Get Rid Of Gallbladder Polyps

Tax on Private Copying an aberration tenacious

Article L. 311-5 of the Code of intellectual property, is where is the thing, but I will not go (yet) in cabbage defenders of the Private Copying . I just want to try to make clear what it is today, more than 1986, an aberration. And more an aberration: a scandal, a large organized scam.

An unfair tax by definition, pay to compensate for the abuse of the right

First, even before the dematerialization of music and videos you had a situation where the consumer paid a fee for a right. The justification? Legally, the mind is very limited since it submits an isolated a specific tax law. Except that in reality this is not really a right but an exception copyright . The concrete logic is to offset the shortfall due to abuse this right, namely copy for non-private.
The lobby behind the gadget does not hide it, it is indeed a compensation for the alleged commercial damage induced. The law, she can not confirm the existence of a tax for something illegal. That's why we swim fast hypocrisy (bcp dough can be naturally a born hypocrite) and formally we have a very special law subject to special taxation.

We quite agree, if the right person is hypocritical to make a few copies for private use only does not pay. It is as if a publisher required a fee to the fact that I can lend or sell the book / disk after purchase. The only rational justification for compensation is the fact that I still own the copy duly paid while circulating further copies then each constitute a loss for sure, but not full (1 equals illegal copying 1 sale less). Clearly, not all hypocrisy of the statement, there is justice in a total exception.

What is indisputable is that all our rights as citizens are subject to duties, including the discharge of various taxes & fees. These revenue to the Treasury will help finance (more or less efficiently, rigorously and intelligently, but this is not the point) the Common Good, the ability to live well in society. The State allocates these revenues by assigning them to its services, which themselves may be responsible for assigning them to other agencies, public, quasi-public or private, in the context of specific missions.

But with the tax exception to this exception to copyright, you enter the gross aberration more damaging to the image integrity of the state. Equality among citizens? Lobby asks favors and gets it. We are not naive, we know that it exists every day, but there is national and it affects heavily the vast majority of French who have returned to the digital age.

Incidentally, the small windfall private copy (a few hundred million euros) has not helped the industry in production / distribution of audiovisual appeared to react to challenges with the internet, so ill-gotten ...

When faced with this nauseating posture of "rights holders" (actually, publishers, jobbers against which the copyright has always sought to protect creators - cf. History of copyright by Maitre Eolas) it Only the solution of civil disobedience. Purchase its digital media recorders and elsewhere in the European Union not to pay this iniquitous tax. And continue to enjoy streaming quotes which, if wasting bandwidth unlike P2P download, do not put the consumer in any position thief / receiver / infringer.

Long live free codec!

Adds For Church Anniversary

OF vaginitis 2.0

To my surprise, last week I had a yeast infection. I was both worried and happy. My surgeon warned me that it could happen, that I had to wipe my differently than I used to do and maybe some soap or tissue does not correspond to my vagina. Speaking of vaginal flora, under pressure of hormones, two years after vaginoplasty, if you do a vaginal swab in a female biological or with a new wife and we compare the two, we can not differentiate which is which woman. It's really fascinating the human body ... and science. Still, in my enthusiasm and my sense of humor is legendary, I shared this discovery on social media. The reactions were strong and instantaneous. Several women found it very funny, and several so-called manly men were shocked.

I received many emails from women sharing their tips for me fix this as well as many insults to the passage. It even made the headlines of several digital media! It seems there are things we do not talk. It seems to me to be vulgar. It also seems that I am pee-poo. I freely admit to be provocative, I always liked the scabrous humor and it is important to destroy taboos and tough talk about "real issues". What is shocking is not only that I venture to tell the whole world that I had a yeast infection, but I am a new wife, also called transsexual, a transsexual, a man, an ex- guy, a transgenge or shemale. All this according to his understanding of the technical terms of transsexuality, its openness and its respect for others. This episode also opens up a whole section of our perceptions sexist and moralistic.

"A woman would never say it" - a woman

"Because it's just fucking impossible, it just irritated skin, it may not have vaginitis criss! "- Another woman

" You know your bad secretions; it's not smegma SEGMA. RT @ PierreLuc_: After the history of vaginitis, what guys will talk about SEGMA ns? "- A sex therapist to a guy who can definitely not what he's talking

" I would say this: I do not now, and I've never had a yeast infection ... "- Journalist male

Findings of this story

Our society is still closed to talk about the human body and its various natural secretions. Especially if they come from the woman's body. As I have long been a man, I made a transition service and I do not deny having been one, I'll probably wear the odium as worse Transsexual or transgender (which is usually reserved for woman who made a transition to becoming a man and after which we should be called sir) or ex-boyfriend, I might die with a hat article saying something stupid like:

Michelle White born Michel Leblanc is dead today. It is a transsexual who has furthered the cause of transgender people ...

Sepsis Abscess Of Tooth

The Social Network

I was very skeptical about potential interest The Social Network beyond curiosity about "the film about Facebook." We'll see how the film behaves after the second week of operation, but for now it works fine.

Specifically the film is the idea I was doing a priori. The story itself has absolutely no interest. This tells the script is excellent, the characters are well sketched, the pace is still there, all looking to leave with delicious moments. But without this clever script and great actors (the U.S. will always give us lessons on these points) The Social Network would be very boring quickly.

As I think David Fincher is a filmmaker overrated, a clipper ship who knows the feel of the times but with no artistic sensibility, I go back to that old debate about the illusion of being able to separate the real working writer and through the final result. To indulge in this little game of conjecture, say that Fincher did a great job of project manager based on a great writer puisqu'Aaron Sorkin began his mission before it affects the project director (classic in Hollywood). I do not think the film could be more interesting than that, so I never got the impression that another could have done better than Fincher. Let's say it did a good job on what he asked. From there to rave about the work of making the film ...

I'm tired (not very long ago) when I read these ignorant scribblers pages find cinema as an argument concerning the contribution that Fincher was smart enough not to drown us screenshots of your computer. Duh, it is not stupid either. I say that this is not a great director, but he still knows his job very well. In short, all that to say a name known as a producer that makes these slobbering critics speak, so it converges to the opinion of the film reduces to a good product marketing. A lesser-known director and possibly more talented could do a little better, a little sharper, but it was not the film on his own people wanted to see. In the end I'm sure this film will go into oblivion movies quickly (besides what career may have a product also calibrated on other carriers?). Like all of Fincher's films also there is talk of Se7en, Fight Club of of Zodiac but nothing remains of those movies that came out bluff at the right time and that means more nothing for those who see them again.

Buoyancy Of Balloons Science Fair

Brick & Brocard

Hadopi That is in place, we'll finally be able to attend his slow asphyxiation by inefficiency and, what is less funny, while strengthening the business parallel (subscription sites DL, scams of all kinds, proxy, VPN particular, strengthening the security of the site traffic images perversions ...).

So go (finally) something else. For over ten years that I bump into the world of web and I am aware (at least I try) all of what is new that is in the game, which takes a car late, I realize that the Internet revolution is still in its infancy. Why? Just because large companies, or more typically companies located in their area for years, do not want to develop the Internet as a priority.

My vision is simple, it is also that of all the contractors net sil must reflect and put internet in the center of its development strategy . Obviously it's more complicated when you have a past and a huge structure to evolve. But the aim is precisely to evolve to stay in the race, to anticipate future changes. Unfortunately we are a generation of proto-geeks to be able to think "outside of the box" . We, our problem is not to understand "what we do with Internet" but do we differentiate trends are not just fantasy geek but really the beginnings of a groundswell, a need being defined, a real evolution for the general public.

All this means that in a time of abysmal gloom there is still room for entrepreneurs inventive, courageous and open to the world rather than on the smartphone ... Nobody gave expensive skin from Amazon 10 years ago, today is a big business and a successful model on the net. Google was a search engine among other decade ago, it became so big it is afraid. Startups seeking investors are also much more serious than 10 years ago. That's the future. And yet, I feel that only 10% of the workforce is able to position themselves on this enormous economic priority.

In conclusion I expect this will be the next project "explosive" beyond these social media which we are always hearing from too many years now that it is still at the tip. The answer anyway happen much faster than anyone dares imagine.

Moses Water From Rock Preschool Craft

Officine Virtue

Ah prevention through the evocation of repression, what is cute! Normally it is after a minor infraction that could be entitled to the indulgence of the policeman who let us get away with a reprimand and a reminder of the code and fines. But what is truly trend today to the State's public awareness campaigns with arguments club. The images shocked the Road Safety or the scale of points and euros of different offenses, for all that to say anything because there are lives at stake every day on the road. We can discuss the direct effect, but not in the interest of the approach. For example, returning to Spain this summer it was distributed a leaflet to remind the speed limits and penalties for exceeding. Recto French, back into English. No English or German, for sure there are some who have thought about.

And then there's our new Officine Virtue Digital, Internet Piracy. Today it feels really old-fashioned to talk about the information superhighway, but they found that the physical tolls were symbolic places to communicate quickly with holidaymakers who want to quickly return to their everyday problems. The great fantasy of commercial enterprises is the ability to directly analyze what we believe through our browsing habits. The great fantasy of state who wants to know what the voters think permanently suspected surveys via the Internet is to avoid being a "place" where he has no control over communication. Journalists of the physical world and comment slavishly repeated announcements, press releases and soundbites. On the Internet people are doing things that politicians "arrivals" (over 45 years hence) do not understand. And when you have a high opinion of itself as the politicians are going to reject what does not.

What technical problem, what aporia, what scandal will spell the end of Hadopi? For the taxpayer this would still be better than having a board that struggles along without producing anything that special warnings have no effect until decides to delete. And or officials themselves as vigilantes by buffering records that prepares them in cooking.

Goldplated Desert Eagle 50ae Price

All co-producer / producer we are

initiative of equity finance is not new. To limit the cinema, we can easily find stories of independent filmmakers using their friends and their network to gather tens of thousands of dollars for filming their first movie. And not just today recognized filmmakers, digital has democratized the ability to finance a short or long. For better and for worse, obviously.

Some saw this as a business model for independent production and launched sites like touscoprod.com, an idea obviously transplanted in the U.S. where it has backfired. We will not expatiate on the fact that expand participation in financing a movie. From a creative standpoint it is certainly more comfortable to let the film units to people who fund that his technical team, we have a budget to pay at least part of the creative energies so the report is easier to manage . In theory. When

Groluc WeAreProducteurs.com Besson launches on the same theme can simply laugh at the name, but the guys always surprise us by its cynicism. Making an appeal to small investors when your name is Luc Besson's a bit like Liliane Bettancourt launched a public subscription to pay his taxes. Except in this case it could offer a guaranteed fixed interest on his dividends from L'Oreal, while Groluc simply hold out future profits if the movie works (which is always relative, just add a clause where deducted a lot of accounting fees, inflating the cost of promotion etc.).. If I spin the money to my little nephew or friend to help finance his film, I am under no illusions about the return on investment but I have the feeling to help someone who I would have thought seriously and motivated. If I subscribe to Soficas I make a relatively risky investment, but more diverse films. But if I spin the dough to Besson I just vote for some production choices superficial, like a viewer of the New Star.

When I see the beginning of the adventure capital I confirmed my vision of the futility of such a project. The public voted for a synopsis of what would happen, see a priori. Oddly (or not) it looks like what it is watered constantly, stories of police investigations more or less scientific with mysterious cases closed no action (cold boxes). From a marketing standpoint it's a big fantasy than focusing solely on doing what the public says it wants. A poor marketer will do a study with direct questions about the kind of movie that people want to see. A good marketer will cross the investigation of films that people went to see and their opinions about different trends in current socio-cultural. From this point of view ask a sample of 8500 coprod potential non-neutral question about the movie they would be financed completely dicey. We necessarily arrive at a film frame, a film which is more consensus on what people have already seen that this they would like.

However there is also little calculation of social networks. Assuming that 10 000 persons participate in the financing, it is faster then 1 100 000 million people affected live in the promotion of the film. This mechanism is drooling sthg anyone to sell, but the buzz is known as an outline, we have examples of success, and we do not know how to master it. That's the power of the Internet: the good big business of the past century think they can come up with their heavy hooves and use of Internet tools by signing a partnership or set of communities in the pocket lining up a marketing budget, but it does not work like that. A box that does not primarily something concrete on the internet before hoping to enjoy would not have understood. As I said last year's "Ask Not What Internet Can Do for you, first ask What You Can Do for the Internet. "

And here's cynicism Luc Besson always surprise us. Of course he is incapable of understanding the revolution of the Internet on society and business as a caste that has made gold balls in the Ancien Regime. That we can not blame him, we may all die because cons can not understand everything about the world around us until the last breath. In contrast WeAreProducteurs when he says that is there to reconcile with the Internet it is permissible to stone him. Because in his mind = Internet shortfall of illegal downloading, so if the Internet becomes a source of funding docile (it sure is harder to negotiate with OBC Peloche shares or other banks, eh?) Then it will not be sorry. Very nice design of the exchange, Groluc, but it's true that your home cinema is rather a caprice of selfish and greedy nerd than a form of openness to the world. With all the power he had, and always in French film production, he has no talent is emerging. Moreover it is blocked suggests that the public in general and Internet in particular, owes him something.

To relax you must really think I'm replaying the video of the recipe Mozinor Besson !

EuropaCrap Rulez!

PS I have never downloaded something vaguely co-produced by Groluc like this, by attacking pirates obscure it does not alienate its potential audience!

Dla And Osteoarthritis

The Social Network

I had a discussion a few years ago about why there were films like American Wall Street (1987) ( the result was presented This year at Cannes) and why the novel Bel-Ami de Maupassant had not been adapted by a French filmmaker. In the spirit of Michel Deville had made The Enraged Sheep (1974) highly successful in itself but, lacking the classic French films, very limited in scope. The film is unlikely ever to leave an unforgettable memory, which is normally typical of mediocre films. Mediocrity, so ambitious? For once Bel Ami offers a vision of political opportunism and collusion with journalism that present a formidable challenge.

The lack of ambition in the theater French is the default generic well protected our system, our cultural exception, where a handful of producers are biting the tail trying to fill the boxes. Behind this there is a default installation of right-thinking intellectuals "who dare criticize Pinochet less than 10 000 km from Santiago ( Desproges ). The political machine is Costa-Gavras, who held the store: make serious films or the only emotion is outrage. It's been cooing at Saint-Germain-des-Pres, but it does not piss off. Ditto, when Michael Moore tells them what they want to hear about the U.S. that they are powerful. But level of political fictions that have the ambition to speak with news that it has been miserable flops . This tends to maintain the idea that the French do not want to see fiction rooted in the real world political-economic.

That said, going back to Bel-Ami , the problem is that you can not have a hero in film negative showing recessed the corruption of its environment. If the villain played by Michael Douglas is the most important person on Wall Street, the narrative follows the footsteps of a young ambitious and naive will have problems of conscience once in insider trading in dark side.

I remembered seeing it that David Fincher (say in my FincherPrice) would release a film about the creation of Facebook by following his (unsympathetic) CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Communication about the film tries to raise the buzz, the press officers are struggling to say that this is the movie event of the season. A negative hero? While lifting up the secondary characters moral level is the story of his ascent. And I do not see it drop to the end because people would see a true story. A biopic of Facebook? But the 500 million users do not care. Dirty tricks the genesis of Facebook are known to those who are interested in the issue, but others are content to play in Farmville as big horse.
Personally I think that the film will not be at the height of the marketing hype starts. If the film is successful the curiosity of the subject would have done the work buzz, there they are trying to reduce people's perception by boosting expectations on matters that do not necessarily correspond to what can interest an audience there. Typically I think this kind of story would work better with a positive hero who became a millionaire rather than a story that emphasizes the enemies he made in passing. Beau
challenge for Fincher? You bet this guy is a fact that clipeur mumuse with his camera, he gives a writer, he makes beautiful pictures above. The bluff works more or less according to the writer but now, since it merely filming his characters as fashion plates, it will be rare.

Advice Cards Templates

One year in a woman's body 30 months

Yesterday it made a year since I had my sex change operation . It was also two years since I had my operation feminization facial . So it's a good time to make a small return on these pivotal moments my new life. I feel good and happy as I've never been. Some days I'm really a woman, while another, I'm pretty androgynous that straddles the two sexes. It is true that a lot of work to be a woman and sometimes tired, I did not have the energy to "put me on my 34". For example, the last two weeks have been busy with my move and my return to cohabitation with the love of my life. As regular readers of this blog know, Bibitte and I (who have been together for 16 years now), we separated it in February Two years ago, coming back together 5 months later. But meanwhile, we had each taken a new apartment. So we walked from one place to another since. But we are now back in a common place and as one might say it's still me man of the couple in recent weeks I dressed more mode "butch", my nails and my hands have suffered the vicissitudes the move, I was sweating drops and I do my makeup more. It was also unsettling to my love that once used to see myself as a woman, I was reviewing with a look much more masculine. Is that it difficult to make holes in the wall, move and make boxes or carry heavy load in high heels!
Still, yesterday, "I was on my 34" and I felt like woman ever and I was really cute. I went to eat with my father who seemed really impressed by my look. He told me "Michelle, you're now a beautiful woman and you know I always had a weakness for tall women." It was all red and excited to tell me that. That made me a special pleasure. Finally, my father validated my femininity!

But if I come on this journey, I say it is littered with extraordinary moments and others, very difficult. For some people I'm a model of achievement and for others, I'm just a despicable character fairgrounds, a freak which is good vomit. It's really strange in the space of 10 minutes to receive the praise and the taunts of strangers. Since last week I was with Bibitte in the gay village. Two people stop us on the street to tell me how much they admire me and a few minutes later, we meet four teenagers when they see me, pretend to vomit. It also fairly representative of what happens in a typical week. M'enfin, I get used to that look the other that goes in all directions. The important thing is that I'm really good with myself, with my new sex and the love of my life which is always beside me.

Lepto Vaccine Side Effects In Dogs

U.S. Series - Dexter is where violence lurks

In my testing of American series, I discussed Dexter recently. In the pilot, I can say that the concept is very interesting (clever idea for a serial killer a hero) and it is very well built.

That said, from the driver I see some big weaknesses. The main

: so we put the package into the hero he seems surrounded by neu-neus. Maybe his voice take too much space and prevents them from developing the other characters, at least it's efficient to plant our sociopath invertebrate. Personally, if I follow I do not know how many episodes for the show to actually confront an opponent at his level, I will not continue the experiment for long.
Well, it was for the large structural weakness in character. But there is also a big weakness "ideological" if I dare say, that of to explain his status as a final lesson of education given by his adoptive father to channel his urge to kill. I find it very unhealthy. The yankees love the concept of private justice since the 80s even though we do not see too many movies like the famous Vigilante Death Wish ( A Death Wish ) Bronson exploding with some thugs to overcome the deficiencies of the system judiciary. I dare not even imagine how Dirty Harry would have been a dung if the producers had wanted to explain the behavior of the character brilliantly played by Clint Eastwood: his dad made him the lesson that was crushed to death by a drunk driver, her sister who is rape ... Yuck, which approach foul of human psychology to want to reduce a character to a completely disembodied personal revenge.

Brief Dexter does not directly directed violence in the outfield, this is anecdotal and not treated in a fun way "to Tarantino," the first 3 episodes anyway. But this moral violence to seek at all costs to justify, explain, connect the obsession of a serial killer with something rational in the company, I found Dexter very nauseous. Top violent films show violence as it is without them feast, just to punctuate the narrative. Justify violence is decidedly the worst drift on screens in recent decades.

short, all that to say that despite a very good concept and a great character, Dexter leaves me doubly marble. Maybe I'll watch other episodes occasionally, but I'm pretty disappointed with the treatment.

And finally, my starting point is to say that the series are often better written than movies, I can find on my personal and small sample sets are not proportionally better. We simply meet several people who are better prepared, more profound: normal, must be long in their company. The rest is just as complicated to succeed, and the series are still very predictable in their twists and caricatured as the films have a field of evolving larger narrative. Needless to say, not tomorrow I'm going to cinemas to turn me into a geek series;)

Advantages Of Water Cooling Engines

American TV series (continued) - The Flashforward

I am back after a series of U.S. tests. Ship the remake of Prisoner with Jim Caviezel . Absolutely nothing, I've watched the first 3 episodes when this series has only 9. OK, it is a British series, but it is obvious that what makes producers lose his head on one side or the other of the Atlantic, is the success of Lost . (Personally it does not make me turn my head because I think it completely sucks, and so artificial. But this is not the first time a formula well clumsy walk back out of a population of addicts who get bored at night after the grind in front of their small screen). To summarize

syndrome Lost , without going into detail on the invalidity of Prisoner 2009, especially compared to the potential of the original series: it disseminates information on several episodes and several characters, exposing bits of backstory to dilute the whole (or, at best bind it all), the context is the main plot that does not deliver to the public only once flashbacks sparingly. Finally, if the basic story is already clumsy, this process of narrative stingy scenario gives a mixture totally boring and tedious to follow. Anyone with a bit of brain arousal is well aware of the artificiality of the narrative, so if more elements of the narrative itself is grotesque cliches ...

FlashForward

I did not let myself apart and left tempted by the concept of FlashForward series is currently broadcast on ABC. Simple concept, with a sympathetic supernatural side (some say SF, which proves that the fans are great SF naive): one day the whole world loses consciousness for 2 minutes 17 seconds and during this blackout people vision of what they will do exactly three months later.

short, this is a very interesting concept and well written in most of the characters (and dialogues so) and very well interpreted. It's a series that starts strong then, but soon the writers tangled brushes want to dilute the sauce (the sauce spoil?). From episode 3 we balance an old Nazi war criminal jailed in Munich, which would have seen something interesting to advance the investigation into the blackout. Behind the intrigue with secondary characters become too present at the same time as the main characters seem to wallow in their understanding of the problem. And I'm only in episode 4 of the 22 that make up the season 1 ...

STRENGTH OF SUSPENSE, GOLDSMITH'S WORK OF WRITING

It is quite amusing to see how much can easily become addicted to a series of suspense and well thought out, conversely, how fast it picks up once the suspense is too bogged down or diluted. Lost uses and abuses of the big effects, big flips, the deus ex machina to feed the boiler. It's big, it works. Unfortunately for FlashForward the plot is more subtle and they can not invent a monster or Darth Vader to intervene just to revive the suspense at regular intervals.

After the first two episodes FlashForward I was pretty excited for the next. After they lost focus and I was less anxious, which does that, taking account of other qualities of the series, I'll see the rest of the season in the coming weeks. At my pace, especially with the weather I may still not make me more episodes in a row.

The main problem with FlashForward , despite the original concept is coming back to the artifice classic flashback. Unless they are FlashForward, but ultimately it is in exactly the same situation dilution with melodramatic plots that chokes the air of suspense. From what I read on the internet writers have tried to react after the winter break, but it was too late. FlashForward stop when his first season after having delivered some partial answers on the how and why the blackout.

Another problem: the plot is multifaceted, there is no clear villains, there's not a situation as simple starting in Lost or 24, so the slightest slackening in the pace viewer picks. The winter break (3 whole months!) Will have been fatal.

Finally, I see a final problem with the intervention of the supernatural. Either you flip frankly in SF, or we find rational explanations (for now it is the turn which may be weary spectators too) and you lose the magic trick. So I think that does not make choices for precise positioning on this point, the producers have left their baby himself.

That said as a feature film 2:30, or even a TV movie in 2 parts, there is something to do. Reduce 45 minutes x 22 episodes = 16 hours to 4 hours by not returning a minimum of scenes to boost the pace plane-plane-switching-pub original should not be too complicated. If the producers were smart he would let users move their mounting an FlashForward Reduced . But I'm not sure we are producers who are working for ABC can understand how to use the internet to give their work ...

EDIT 24 / 5: FlashForward alternating hot and cold. The episode 5 is a model of acceleration of suspense without accelerating the plot, but it cools a bit and then it is decidedly difficult to sort out all the accumulated information on the different characters, not counting those for which does not FlashForward, or new characters.

Transmit Bluethoot Headphones

American TV series

long ago that I want to write a post on the American series. Problem: I'm no regular, and frankly I do not look very rarely. I'm always curious to learn of new series but not to the point of wanting to watch the pilot episode or a few at random. At the time of
Friends already (which may have started the trend, though this is a sitcom) I kept too much to get excited blissfully back to the adventures of heroes 2x3 + some guest stars. To pass the time I see the two seasons that trailed from a friend over a few episodes here and there but overall I do not like sitting watching TV. I feel like I lose my time, I find it sufficiently challenging since I surf regularly. Friends remember before I have not caught on X-Files. But this time it was context specific paranormal who has always left me unmoved.

All this does not keep me out of pure intellectual curiosity, interested in all series abound since 2000. I loved Dr House which I have seen a dozen episodes, all very well built around the same frame. Anyway, I feel no need to get a full season. There is this side confined common to all series I think that me away fast enough. This reassuring for people high before a skylight get tired very quickly indeed. I saw much of the first seasons of Ally McBeal at the time it happened on M6. It was a nice appointment, which I followed with some friends at the time, but I could have done something more interesting (ok, the goal of the series is definitely to rest, thinking of something else) . In the aftermath there was Sex and the City which amused me the time of 2-3 episodes, but mostly I found it extremely futile. I was not really in the heart of the target and it is true that the series often turn to targeted populations that films are want to look more broadly.

SERIES vs. U.S.. U.S. v. NICE. SERIES FRANCHOUILLES (arf)

Precisely digress about this comparison: it became unnecessary to specify that the U.S. series are much more creative than American cinema. The reason is quite simple (and very clearly stated by John August on his blog there are now many years: the writer is at the heart of TV production while in the U.S. film industry It is not just an employee on the books, and especially thank you for exploitable almost always interchangeable. but I say U.S. design rubbed off on many U.S. producers in Europe, for example, who have the annoying tendency to take for Selznick or Harvey Weinstein soon as one of their films has gleaned a bit of success. A U.S. television writers are recognized as the actual producers. Those are the ones the stars, not a bankable actor or filmmaker waou-in-your-face. The writers then become producers of the show when they are not already behind the project. After a while the best writers are turning to TV: what are the best just because
  • they have no pride to think that TV is not good enough for them

  • what interests them is the ability to do their creative work under the best circumstances, ie where their importance is recognized and where they can develop effective collaboration
Finally, if the series walk, they may draw one or more films, and even though it would not be where they were able to give the best of themselves, explore many narrative lines, trails, bring to life characters, etc.. without the frustration of orders and depend absolutely the whim of executives who understand nothing of their trade.

This aspect, which differentiates successful series of U.S. soft mediocrity sets in France, I have not seen mentioned in the blabla semiologist Vincent Colonna to Telerama. The only thing that I've chosen is indeed the Americans have understood that remained of the television radio film (hence the importance of dialogue) while in France it still wants to make movies the poor on the small screen.

BREAD + = GAMING SERIES

Going back to my counting sheep (although I have not left enough time for a series of make me a soporific effect), I do not sing the praises all the U.S. series that I have to try. Lost example, having seen an episode at random, then the first episode many years later, I find it completely invalid. Characters into a single dimension that do not interact and are just really moved by the writers at the option of twists which, given the number of seasons, must be very numerous. That's why I would describe as a Lost soap adventures. So should not ask too much adventure.

I saw the pilot of Californication . Funny, but hey, I did not want to see more because I'm pretty pretty sure it does not have much potential for renewal. Never tried 24 despite all the incentives. I must have the first 2 seasons on a hard drive, but it interests me less and less. Dexter, Nip \\ Tuck , Desperate Housewives? Never seen either. Know what it is enough to satisfy my curiosity.

That said, I'm pretty committed to the series of my childhood and where coherent arguments may not be interested in a contemporary series, nostalgia compels me to try to discover the remake of Prisoner (with John Caviezel and Ian McKellen). Amazing, no?

3D Tintin: the crab with the golden eggs with American Greetings and Avatar

Finally, for about six months, we know that plans for a Tintin staged by Sielberg will emerge. The first time we had talked about this project was in the days when Spielberg movies was still packed an enthusiasm worthy of the adventures of Tintin, and devoid of sentimentality clumsy. Although this adaptation project has not emerged 25 years ago, there is Indiana Jones became the tribute to Spielberg's Tintin, while Rio Man and the tribulations of a Chinese in China (Philippe de Broca, with Belmondo) films remain closest to the spirit insufler by Hergé's hero throughout his adventures (1).

Indiana Jones is a nobody, dressed as an archaeologist to give the density, immersed in adventures riddled with riddles and dangers he faces without scrolling. Tintin side is much more translucent, smooth and blissfully courageous. Indiana Jones himself is truly human, he has a geeky side, he is afraid of snakes, each time he runs behind the evil Nazis but never gives up. Indiana Jones is a brief Tintin rewritten to the public American cinema and it was good like that. On the other hand, the adaptations of Tintin cartoons took away much of the charm of the album, but allowed to introduce them to new generations, often taped to a display of books that even very colorful.

Technologies today will they give a new dimension to Tintin? Visual level it can trust the U.S. to be creative in keeping with the spirit of the original work, however I have more doubts in the story. Firstly I think we should ask Tintin more accurately than in books where it is vaguely described as a reporter. Again the writers do Americans know, but I hope they will even Hergé relearned their craft in terms of accuracy and rhythm. The worst thing for me would be that Spielberg directs it along the lines of Indiana Jones 3, which adds a father to his comic book heroes (2). This is not to recreate the environment of everyday heroes and unfortunately the trend in Spielberg's sentimental heaviness.

Personally, I found the album where Tintin camped in the most convincing in the sense that it is not just caught up in an adventure but precisely because a job as an investigative journalist, this is the beginning of the Country of Black Gold. Can reasonably take the canvas for the link to the plot of Crab Claws gold because it is, for the first film to meet Tintin and Haddock (Haddock is obviously because the one who brings humanity to his adventures). But how to link this meeting in the main adventure of the first part of this trilogy Secret of the Unicorn / Red Rackham's Treasure?

Basically I am quite skeptical at first because for the Secret of the Unicorn must already know Tintin Haddock, requiring traffic to chain the Crab with the Golden Claws (Ben Omar and interpreted Salaad by Gad Elmaleh) with the opposition to the wicked brothers Loiseau. Really weird. But above all I fear that this need all connected, Captain Haddock is no longer presented as an old alcoholic and just a colorful sea bass on his own property. Whatever the talent of writer, I am very skeptical.
responses certainly at the beginning with the first images.

(1) Hergé has also, for starters, was largely influenced by the cinema: in particular the pace of the silent comedies of the early albums (Harold Lloyd, for example) and some major filmmakers specific examples of pre-war including (Alfred Hitchcock, Fritz Lang), but he is the true creator of the iconic heroes of the twentieth century whose adventures are all over the world, blowing up part of the daily life of his contemporaries. In this sense James Bond is a variation of Tintin, the most prominent and enduring of course, but without the visual design, so dynamic, the hero of Ian Fleming's books were not worth much.

(2) and I do not even talk about this hideous patchwork of Indiana Jones 4 ... Spielberg Tintin almost killed her, hoping he has found a little youthful enthusiasm for Tintin. On this point I lost faith in Peter Jackson.

Simon Jodoin, Andre Peloquin and BangBangBlog, homophobia thought out?

Screenshot Site BangBangBlog

"Necrophile", "Freak" and "my guys" are just some some of the insults that I use Simon Jodoin past few months already. He also posts a supposed caricature of me by a man shaving , using my photo collage (which did not BangBangBlog use rights and which is in direct contravention of copyright for a media that is not safe. This photo belongs to Olivier Samson Arcand photographer) with a work by Caravaggio (known for his outrageous sexuality at the time, according to Wikipedia ). Simon Jodoin, Andre Peloquin (the editor of BangBang me Pickbone also for months on Twitter) and BangBangBlog also allow an anonymous comment to me saying :
Moral: Michelle White is busting with the suspenders and its referencing if it was not a fairground attraction, one would do anything to fuck her advice internet.

As far as I know, is the property of BangBangBlog Journal See who is known for its openness to diversity of race, orientation, identity and culture. I have trouble understanding that such an institution leaves with impunity its flock , use of such images homophobic breach of copyright and lack of understanding at this point?

On Wikipedia:
Homophobia is hostility, expressed or implied , to individuals whose romantic or sexual preferences involve individuals of the same sex. This hostility is the fear, hatred, aversion or disapproval of homosexuality. Homophobia means so prejudice and discrimination against homosexuals and homosexuality. "Just as xenophobia, racism and Antisemitism e, homophobia is a manifestation arbitrariness of designating the other as not, or less abnormal. "

transphobia (Or Less Commonly, transprejudice and Trans-Misogyny," latter Referring to transphobia directed Toward transwomen) refers to Discrimination Against Transsexualism transgender and transsexual people gold, based On The expression of Their internal gender identity (see Phobia - informal & informal terms prejudice or class discrimination). Whether intentional or not , transphobia Can Have severe consequences for The Target Of The negative attitude. Many transpeople aussi Homophobia experience from People Who Incorrectly associate Homosexuality With Their gender identity. SHIFT

Bangbang It seems that does not belong to View and is not a division of View in any way, and nobody has to see control over what is published on its pages. However, President Editor View is also a shareholder of the company that controls Bangbang.

Update2

I tried for several exchanges of internal email tool Facebook, to reach an agreement with the president of Editions BangBang inc., Pierre Paquet. We do not however come to an agreement and camped our positions respectively. Mr. Paquet me claimed he had no editorial control over the activities BangBangBlog, although he is president.

According to the register of businesses in Quebec, Les Editions BangBang Inc. majority-owned URBACOM INC.. and its president is Pierre Paquet. Urbacom in turn is owned by several directors including Pierre Paquet is also chairman. Finally, Communications Voir inc. is also owned by Urbacom INC.. and its president is also Pierre Paquet. So, as I said in my first up-to date, does not belong to View BangBang. Both belong to rather Urbacom Inc.. and have the same president. Moreover, they all have the same address, 355, SAINTE-CATHERINE WEST 7TH FLOOR ZIP CODE: H3B 1A5. In summary, when Mr. Pierre Paquet make sure that:
Bangbang is not to see and is not a division of View in any way, and nobody has to see control over what is published on its pages.

I can not, obviously, the word for it.

I also sent a formal notice to Simon Jodoin and Andre Peloquin, commented incriminating in their ticket. They did not publish this comment. Yet they say in their first modified:
We can understand that Michelle White did not appreciate the remarks of Simon Jodoin (which do not relate in any way its orientation sexual). The most basic media ethics is that if it wishes to exercise a right of reply, it is with pleasure that we publish his reply.

Elsewhere on the Web, Mr. Jodoin is also chuckles:
In my view, there are two types of moderation: the first works by exclusion, by the second intervention.

The exclusion is not just not publish reviews.

The second seeks rather to respond to comments in opposing the issue and warning that if the author persists in his foolishness, we will sort the wheat from the chaff in its interventions. In some cases, it even happens that it is others that do.

I personally have always favored the latter. It allows both displays to light some stupidities, to use education (we must explain in each case our disagreements) and gives the benefit of the doubt to players (it is possible to misinterpret them thought). In the case before us here is what I did and got the desired result: the speaker has not persisted. This is what happens most often.

I would answer that a big "Yeah." We flush what suits us and we draped in a shroud of the virgin defending the right to free expression and pedagogy to leave comments (which may have even written himself by using pseudonymity) vile, mean-spirited, irreverent, and homophobic Our Kind, forthcoming.

Further to my notice, the comment was changed, but the image is always despicable. This will be a story to follow, before the press council, the Committee on Human Rights, the courts or of each of these bodies based on the advice of my lawyer.

Another asshole anonymous

Last night I was at the book launch "fucking fag" buddy Jasmin Roy. During his speech, he could not help shedding a few tears in the audience for remembering his difficult adolescence and homophobia daily or regular, he was the victim. Yet there are still people who believe that gays are finally accepted in our society. That the battle for acceptance is finished! There is more at stake! Quebec is open. I believe there was indeed very good progress, but much remains to be done. Has become a kind of symbol transsexual, I received a lot of love yesterday. But outside those circles almost elitist, I still get my share of looks doubtful, "Mr." heartfelt, insults and even threats. I stand, I face and I denounce vigorously. Nevertheless it is still a little sore and that despite all the love I receive, and I get a lot, it's always these little turds of shit asshole too cowardly to bring to light their bullshit, that assail us. Regarding death threats on my neo-Nazi, the case has progressed rapidly (say it's relative) and definitely reach concrete results. Meanwhile, to show you that the road is still to do, I wake up with this comment from an asshole in my anonymous blog michelleblanc.com.

Death threat neo-Nazi

This post was first published on Michelleblanc.com

Yesterday I spent one of the most stressful day. Is that I discovered through various mechanisms of monitoring of my brand, I am the target of death threats made on a YouTube site, which advocates neo-Nazism and Hitler. I made a police report in the morning because of death threats made direct me to another website, a comment mentioning me.

(Suspect) big bitch 2 months ago
(Accomplice) @ (Suspect) A shemale lol 2 months ago
(suspect) i know xD OMG! kill her! xD lol hahah hmm HIM 2 months ago

Then, little by little, I realize that the suspect in question had written on her own site 21 hours ago:
(suspect) he is a bitch and a transvestite ! i think i have a plan for him! hahaha i will laugh and Some thousand of people and too

before a jornée
(suspect) Totally not! because ... i agree people hate Hitler Who They Are not bright. but ... They Are Completely If They Say That fool. Because people like this shit on my back ground. With''are''antifascist groups because only stupid like them accept,: transvestite, homosexual ..... suck of course (moderator) of The Cock suck michelle! Like the lesbian one''(moderator)

What is disturbing in this story is that the youth did his YouTube channel, a relic to me, as you can not judge the screenshot below it also advocating the total solution Panzer, weapons, and he writes in his profile.
I'm Not-for-all kind of Homosexuality, but i prefer lesbian fucking gay Than like: varangainae. That site so i prefer. look how Nazis are not gay!

Let's say I have had numerous emails hate of an individual that I wanted my surgeon practicing my speech sex change, has come up short. But a case of such a murderous intent and of such intensity to my person, had never happened before.
So I used my resources to find this out of whack, the track is my turn, collect evidence for use in a criminal investigation or civil action. One of my contacts, which ironically is also a transsexual, was with him the social hacking and led into a trap web. We now have his IP address, the accumulated evidence of his crime, know that it is a 16 year old from Boisbriand, and gave him an appointment in front of a convenience store in this town. We then contacted the police Boisbriand, which is supposed to have stopped last night, earning yet another proof of his guilt and formally identifies.
Why am I talking about that this morning? Firstly because I have to reassure people that I worried yesterday on Twitter and Facebook. Because of homophobia and transphobia still exist in our society and must be seen doing it. Because as a young asshole is 16 years, criminal he might have a little slap on the wrist. Because finally, after discussion with several people being involved in this kind of file, because my life does not seem imminent danger, there was no clear physical demonstration, the police lack the resources necessary to treat this type of case and they are quicker to put these resources for investigations of child pornography or to solve crimes already committed only to those whose intentions are not yet done.
In conclusion, I leave this event psychologically scarred, and worried about my safety conscious than ever of having been opened and publicized as a transsexual, has made me a target for many mentally deranged running in the streets. What reassures me however is that I had a military background, I can defend myself and I never lost my cool ...
SHIFT
With the help of my friend, we were able to trace the one of three Facebook profiles of off-center mind. After reading its description, it can easily understand that the suspect needs psychological help rather urgent (it's the least we can tell). The problem is that police may not have the same definition as to what I may be an emergency. It seems that after Polytechnique and Dawson , it would have been a squad anti crackpot Web "has been set up ...

Update2

On May 6, an individual appeared in court to answer criminal charges of death threats against me. That someone from the northern suburbs, he confessed his crime during interrogation of the excellent Detective Sergeant SPVM who was assigned to my case. As the first offense of this individual, it is very likely to have community service as a sentence, but he will still have a criminal record. He should go back to court for an early July submissions on sentencing and other legal formalities. When I discuss with the crown prosecutor, I ask that the sentence of community work (if applicable) is made from one of several gay organizations in Montreal. Thus, this person will be forced to mix with gays and he will probably find that they are all ordinary people sum, of good quality and that he had prejudices against them are certainly unfounded. I will also urge the attorney for the accused to have psychological counseling. Anyway, I am very grateful for the professionalism and prompt response SPVM and I'll sleep more comfortably now. As I said in my post / chronic VOXtv The Lab - Feature: digital watermarking, digital identity, and déconnage bullshit on the web, you could not say anything on the web, even anonymously, but evidence and they can still have consequences.

PS Detective Sergeant who worked on the case asked me not to share tips and techniques used to trace the criminal. Is that such information could serve other assholes. I fully understand this request SPVM so I will restrain myself to explain it here.

Johnny Weir, Susan Boyle, the same struggle against contempt

This post has been EU Michelleblanc.com

In one of my other blogs, Woman 2.0, I already wrote about the case Susan Boyle, who had put his finger in the face of the world, the prejudices that are deeply rooted in us. The case of figure skater Johnny Weir illustrates in his way (he participated in the 2010 Olympics figure skating with a suit that some are too effeminate ) the continuation of the prejudices that exist in our societies. Except that, unlike Boyle, these prejudices were expressed openly in the public square. In the case of Boyle, we said all silently in our head is fat and ugly so it will crash in turn singing and we were surprised to hear her angelic voice. In the case of Johnny Weir, he offered a remarkable performance, but out loud, people were found to comment on gender identity and to emphasize that it is perhaps not a model for all. Furthermore, we also remember Elephant Man and how we were touched to know the genius of this physiological monster. Prejudices die hard. We all have them. To recognize and try to overcome them is a giant step for oneself and for those who are victims of scorn that often results from prejudice. I was lucky enough to experience the intense contempt given my condition and the path I took and grandirde this situation. I also remember my internalized homophobia that was a psychological defense mechanism that I built a long time to protect myself from the pain of realizing who I really was. So I understand that contempt, its origin and the pain he may live and that is why I now find examples like Johnny Weir extremely positive for our companies. It exacerbates our prejudices and allows a discussion that may raise awareness ...
