Context
I wrote it to remember the many moments in this crucial stage my life. However, there is no photos or videos (online) that portion of my life and believe it or not, I am extremely self-censored in what I was saying. However, I was saying just enough to remember exactly what I was going to each of these moments. It seems that some of these tweets have captured our imagination or have shocked some people. I was talking about this in another post, A nice message. It even seems that Twitter has attracted particular attention and a lot of people reacted. So much so that reporter tape from Radio-Canada as suggested Twit of the Year P45 to the Journal in one of his tweets . So here it is:

The truth about my annoying tweets
At a vaginoplasty, it is necessary to introduce a new mold in the vaginal cavity to create and maintain open, this new cavity. Imagine then a visit to the toilet when you become constipated and you should under no circumstances force. It's hell that I lived in what is considered "the twitter of the year." I actually lost three stitches in my neo-vagina, during this episode. You have the context.
